Jeff Staggs MCC President of Business Coaching International is an ICF Master Certified Coach with twenty years experience coaching senior executives. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner and has a background in clinical psychology.
Jeff specializes in coaching senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies both in the U.S. and Internationally. His client work has focused on CEOs, board presidents and VP and above executives. His work with hundereds of executives has given him incisive insight into the challenges leaders face and what it takes to develop sustainable leadership in today’s global organizations. Jeff’s work enables his clients to take on new business and personal challenges and to achieve new levels of balance and performance – akin to the world-class athlete who seeks intensive coaching to move from silver to gold medal victories. He coaches both individual business leaders and their teams.
Jeff designed and delivered the first coaching program to be fully integrated into an MBA program for Capella University and taught as an adjunct staff member in the MBA program. He is the co-designer of Breakthrough Coaching and Feedback an innovative training program that gives executives and managers practical skills for developing people and creating results through others. He is also the principle author of A Better Way to Live & Work™ – and the 7 Entrepreneurial Skills® — a coaching program designed to empower professionals to re-create their lives and work from the inside out.
Jeff has been a leader in the field of coaching and is a founding member of the International Coaches Federation and the Minnesota Coaches Association. He is a current member of the ICF credentialing committee. He is also active on the team responsible for writing the ICF credentialing standards and more recently, the MCC examination process. He has supervised well over a hundred coaches in both the US and internationally and has trained numerous coaches as a staff member for the Coaches Training Institute and through NLP coaching programs in the US & UK.
